From Packaging Design to Reliable Shipment
A successful custom packaging project begins before sampling. HKY PACKAGE supports the complete process from product information, structural design, material selection, quotation, and artwork preparation to sampling, production, quality inspection, packing, and final shipment.
01. Product and Requirement Review
We collect the product size, weight, quantity, target market, preferred box style, branding needs, budget, delivery date, and shipping destination to define the project clearly.
02. Structural Design
Our team recommends a suitable structure and develops the dimensions, opening method, internal support, insert layout, protection level, and assembly method around the product.
03. Material and Finish Selection
Paper, board thickness, insert material, printing method, lamination, foil, embossing, ribbon, magnets, and other details are selected to balance appearance, protection, and cost.
04. Quotation and Order Confirmation
We confirm the specifications, quantity, unit price, sampling cost, production time, packing method, trade terms, and delivery option before the project moves forward.
05. Artwork and Dieline Approval
A production dieline is prepared for artwork placement. Logo position, Pantone colors, text, barcodes, finishing areas, and print direction are checked before sampling.
06. Sample Production
The sample is made using the confirmed structure, materials, printing, and finishes so you can evaluate product fit, appearance, strength, opening experience, and workmanship.
07. Sample Review and Final Approval
We record requested adjustments and confirm the approved sample, final artwork, materials, dimensions, finishes, and packing standard before mass production begins.
08. Printing and Mass Production
Materials are prepared and production begins with printing, lamination, foil stamping, embossing, die-cutting, wrapping, gluing, insert fitting, and other required processes.
09. Assembly and Quality Inspection
We inspect dimensions, color, printing, finishing, alignment, bonding, surface quality, box function, insert fit, and overall consistency against the approved standard.
10. Packing and Shipment
Finished packaging is counted, protected, packed into export cartons, and prepared with carton marks and shipping data. Air, sea, express, and DDP delivery options are available.
